Through the Teddy Trust, about half the profit generated through the business is reinvested into the local community. This is mainly through our 4 schools (High School, Primary School, Nursery School, and the Special School), as well as through our HIV/AIDS awareness programmes, animal welfare programmes, vocational training centre, and the physio therapy centre. We also run counselling and awareness regularly on drug/alcohol abuse, financial literacy, and women's empowerment.
All of our products are made-to-order, customisable, and made of the highest quality materials. These beautiful pieces are also made by a workforce of over 411 people, of which 72% are FEMALE and 11% are Differently-abled people or PLHIV.
